What We Did in the 2009 - 2010 School Year 
  • Provided snacks and volunteers for the Fine Arts Night.
  • T-shirt fundraiser in the spring. We sold over 90 shirts, for a net profit of $400.
  • Took Easter Bunny pictures with the Easter Bunny. The pictures turned out great, and we made a little over $200 in profit. Next year we plan to invite the public.
  • We purchased a four seater teeter totter with the boxtops money.
  • Purchased two new benches for the school. One bench for the playground, and another bench for the front entrance.
  • We purchased supplies for the teachers, including art supplies, elementary CDs, microscope and test tubes for elementary science, and some other items.
  • We set aside an extra $265 for the May RIF hand out in order to provide a great selection of books for our kids.
  • Provided little gifts for the teachers for teacher appreciation week in May.
  • Provided the Teacher Appreciation dinner on May 28th.
  • Provided snacks for TAKS test.
  • Chemistry Roadshow.
  • 2nd RIF hand out in March.
  • Finished the Box Tops fundraiser. Using funds for playground equipment.
  • Raised $1,650 from the Scholastic Bookfair. Used funds to buy books for teachers and library.
  • Donated posters from Scholastic Bookfair to the AR store.
  • Donated items from the Santa Shoppe to the AR store.
  • 1st RIF hand out in December.
  • $500 to purchase prizes for the AR store.
  • Bought a camera so we can take class pictures, Santa pictures, soccer pictures, and any other pictures we want to take. This purchase will pay for itself within a year.
  • Sponsored lunch for the UIL competitors from Gause for their UIL meet.
  • $420 to the school to help pay for a new laminator for school use.
  • Took class pictures to provide students and teachers. Money collected went into General Fund.
